Sales terms
All prices shown are net EUR excluding VAT and freight.

Payment terms
Cash in advance. After an approved credit application 20 days net can be extended. After the due date an interest of overdue payment of 2% per month will be charged. The ownership of the goods passes to the buyer when Roswi AB has received payment in full.

Delivery terms
Ex works Täby.

For orders below EUR 50 net an administration fee of EUR 5 will be applied.

Delivery time
Goods that are available in stock will be sent the following weekday. Please note that currently our warehouse is handling an increased workload. Therefore we are aiming at delivering new orders with a lead time of 8 work days at the earliest. Goods that is temporarily out of stock or that is not a stocked item will be delivered as soon as possible after the receipt of the order. Estimated delivery time will be communicated in the Order acknowledgement that our Customer service team sends out after the receipt of your order.

Shipment terms
Parcel with road transport, currently with DHL.

Customisation of products
For customisation of products there will be additional costs for logo set-up and branding. The buyer must supply an original for branding of products as a vectorised .eps file. In case of insufficient quality of the original the seller reserves the right to charge for changes and adjustments.

Before the production starts a proof will be sent to the buyer for approval. Only written approval will be accepted.

The seller reserves the right to over/under delivery of +/-10%.

Complaints regarding the delivery should be made within 8 days after receipt of delivery. Returns are only accepted after a written confirmation from the seller. If the seller is responsible for the incorrect delivery the goods should be returned together with a copy of the packing list, a note about the type of error as well as your reference. Full credit including the return freight will be received under the condition that the return is made using the agreed freight conditions.

For other returns only products in original condition that the seller regularly keeps in stock are eligible for return. Customised products and products with price tags cannot be returned. The buyer pays the return freight. The invoiced amount will be credited with a deduction of a 25% return fee.

Freight for warranty repairs is paid by the sender in case nothing else has been agreed in each individual case.

For warranties we refer you to the warranty condition of each brand.

Warranties only cover material errors and production errors. The products will be repaired or replaced after an assessment by the seller. Warranties do not cover misuse, violence, light bulbs, batteries or damages caused by leaking batteries.

Customer information
Customer information will be stored with the objective to manage Roswi’s administration as well as, toward the authorities, comply with applicable rules and regulations.
