Roswi AB Acquires Distributor D-Dep KiMi AB

Roswi AB is strengthening its kitchen assortment through the acquisition of distributor D-Dep KiMi AB – a portfolio of high quality brands within kitchenware and household products.

Roswi is pleased to announce that we are expanding our kitchen offering by acquiring the distributor D-Dep KiMi AB (D-Dep). All brands represented by D-Dep will henceforth be included under the Roswi umbrella. We are also delighted that Jerker Erikson, former co-owner of D-Dep, will be joining the Roswi team, bringing valuable sales expertise. In connection with the acquisition, Mikael Savinainen, former CEO and co-owner who has run the company together with Jerker, will be entering a well deserved retirement.

An Excellent Addition to the Kitchen Portfolio
Roswi already represents many well known brands in the kitchen segment, such as Victorinox, Peugeot, Chef’s Choice, Excalibur, moHA, and more. These brands share a focus on functional design and high quality. D-Dep’s brands — including Tala, Eppicotisapi, joie, prepara, ADE, and SENCOR — fit seamlessly into and complement Roswi’s existing assortment.

D-Dep AB was founded in 2007 with the goal of sourcing, stocking, and distributing kitchen and household products from various brands around the world. Today, its customers primarily consist of independent kitchen and housewares stores and chains, as well as online retailers and marketplaces across the Nordic region.
