Excalibur's stainless steel trays make your Excalibur dehydrator a little more luxurious and a little better. The tray is 35x35 cm and designed to fit Excalibur 5 and 9 tray models. Made from the same high-quality stainless steel that Excalibur uses in its commercial dehydrators, this replacement tray is specifically designed for drying meat and other raw foods that require a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized tray. To clean the drying tray, simply place it in the dishwasher or steam clean it. The tray is made of 100% 304 stainless steel with 1/4" square mesh, so no mesh screens are needed.
