Gecko is a mix of both climbing and approach with excellent grip, precision and sensitivity. The upper made of water-resistant suede provides a mixture of comfort, durability and abrasion resistance.
The rubber toe rand protects the upper from tear in the most critical area and the hybrid construction from climbing to approach provides both support and flexibility in every movement.
A compression-molded EVA sole provides support with a low-density heel insert for improved cushioning. The outsole is made of SCARPA's PRESA material, which provides shock absorption, while the SuperGum rubber compound provides good grip.
Gecko is SCARPA's most technical approach shoe and shapes itself to the users foot like a glove. With a closure system that is extremely adaptable, the user can tighten for more technical use, or re-tie for more comfortable fit.
